With miles of walking or biking along East Cliff Drive, you’ll ocean views stretching for miles out over the Pacific.
Capitola offers numerous oceanfront and ocean view homes as well as historic homes in the Depot Hill area. Capitola Village is a quaint surfer’s paradise, complete with bungalows and lucrative rental homes.
Inland towards Capitola’s commercial center, the Jewel Box area features family-oriented neighborhood homes. With the Capitola Mall at 41st Avenue, this central county town provides shoppers many opportunities to go for more brands and larger chain stores not found in most of our small county.
